Prerequisites

  1. You have registered with the Ardia Platform.
  2. You have completed a Peptide Mapping Analysis, Oligonucleotide Analysis, or Intact Mass Analysis experiment.
  3. You have saved the experiment to the Ardia Platform data repository.

Procedure

  1. Start the BioPharma Finder application in Ardia Platform mode.
  2. On the BioPharma Finder Home page, in the Experiment Types pane, select the appropriate workflow link.
  3. On the navigation bar, select the Load Results tab.
  4. The Load Results page opens, displaying the Ardia Platform Data Explorer.

  6. In the left pane of the Load Results page, navigate to your experiment folder in the Ardia Platform data repository and then select the folder.
  7. In the right pane, select the checkbox for the experiment that you want to open.
  8. Select Load Results on the command bar of the Load Results page.
  9. The experiment opens, displaying the Process and Review page.
  10. On the Process and Review page, in the Results table, select the checkbox for the components you want to include in the report.
  11. Right-click anywhere in the Results table and select Add to Report from the shortcut menu, and then select All Results or Checked Results from the submenu as appropriate.

  12. IMPORTANT

    When you select components to include as results in the report, the following behavior occurs:

    For Peptide Mapping Analysis and Oligonucleotide Analysis reports, the selected components are used as source information for only results tables added to the report. Other report elements must be sourced manually.

    Furthermore, for Peptide Mapping Analysis reports, the Consolidated Results table and Charge State Results table must be sourced individually. For Oligonucleotide Analysis reports, the Consolidated Results table and Charge State Results table are simultaneously sourced when components from either table are added to the report.

    For Intact Mass Analysis reports, the selected components are used as source information for all report elements automatically.

  13. Select the Report tab on the navigation bar.
  14. The Design page opens, showing a cell grid arrangement similar to an Excel spreadsheet.

  15. TIP

    The BioPharma Finder Report utility has the same cell grid arrangement and similar features and commands found in an Excel spreadsheet.

  16. TIP

    You can switch between the Design and Preview subpages using the buttons in upper right corner of the Report page.
