Load experiment results

Select the checkbox for an experiment row and then select Load Results on the command bar.

The Process and Review page opens and displays the experiment results.

Delete experiments

Select the checkbox for one or more experiment rows and then select Delete on the command bar.

The selected experiments are removed from the Master List and permanently deleted from the application.

Import experiment results

Select Import Results on the command bar. Then, in the Import BioPharma Finder Experiment dialog box, select the results files (.resultsbpf) you want to import and select Open.

The Import Results button is not available when the application is connected to the Ardia Platform.

A confirmation message appears and the imported experiments are added to the Master List.

Export experiment results

Select the checkbox for one or more experiment rows and then select Export and the appropriate sub-command on the command bar:

  • Export experiment with raw files
  • Export experiment without raw files

Then, in the Save As dialog box, browse to the folder location where you want to save the results file (.resultsbpf) and select OK.

A confirmation message appears and the selected experiments are saved in the specified folder.

IMPORTANT

Deleting experiments from the Master List permanently deletes the files from the BioPharma Finder database.

If selected experiments still exist in the run queue on the Queue page, the application removes them from the queue upon deletion.

TIP

For clarity, file names are appended according to their respective workflows.

IMPORTANT

When you export multiple experiments with raw data files, the total file size must be under 5 GB. If the files size is too large, the application will display an error message prompting you to save the experiments without raw data files.

IMPORTANT

When you export experiments, you must include the raw data files in order to view the experiment results.

If you do not save the raw data files with the experiment, you will be prompted to locate and select the appropriate raw data files for the experiment on your local drive when you open the exported experiment.
