The BioPharma Finder 5.5 release extends the support for processing of top-down data collected from the latest generation of Thermo Scientific mass spectrometers, including but not limited to, the Orbitrap Astral Zoom mass spectrometer and the Orbitrap Ascend Tribrid mass spectrometer. Targeted performance improvements include an upgraded version of Xtract to accelerate deconvolution of time-consuming data sets, translating into faster processing times while maintaining consistency in results.
