You must assign a processing method to each experiment. The processing method you select specifies the identification, component detection, and other parameters that the application uses to process your experiment.
The following table displays the default processing methods included for each workflow.

You can use a default processing method or create and save a custom processing method by editing one of the default methods. You can also import and export custom method files as necessary.
