IMPORTANT
You can save results to an intact workbook for experiments using Average over Selected Retention Time and Sliding Windows source spectra methods.
Results from experiments using Auto Peak Detection cannot be saved to an intact workbook.
Prerequisites
- You have processed an experiment.
- You are viewing the Process and Review page.
Procedure
- On the Process and Review page, select the checkbox in the row of each component in the Results table that you want to save to a workbook.
TIP
To select all rows in the table, select the checkbox in the column header.
- Right-click anywhere in the Results table and select Save As Intact Workbook from the shortcut menu.
- Select one of the following submenu commands:
- All to export all results in the Results to table a workbook.
- Checked to export only the selected results to a workbook.
- The Save Intact Workbook As dialog box opens.
- In the Save Intact Workbook As dialog box, in the Workbook Name box, type a name for the workbook.
TIP
Workbook names can contain alphanumeric, space, underscore (“_”), and period (“.”) characters.
IMPORTANT
You can overwrite an existing workbook by entering the same workbook name.
- (Optional) In the Description box, type a description for the workbook.
- Select Save.
- The application saves the selected components to the intact workbook.
