Use the Theoretical Protein/Peptide Manager to generate theoretical components for a protein sequence and save them to a target peptide workbook (or other file type).
You can then use the target peptide workbook in the BioPharma Finder application for targeted Peptide Mapping Analysis experiments or in the Chromeleon chromatography data system for targeted monitoring of peptides or critical quality attributes.
Follow the steps below to generate theoretical components using the Theoretical Protein/Peptide Manager:
- Create or import a protein sequence manually or using a FASTA file.
- (Optional) Specify digestion and target m/z parameters and add modifications for theoretical component generation.
- Generate and review theoretical components.
- Save theoretical components as a target peptide workbook (or other file type) as needed.
