Procedure

  1. To show or hide selected columns in a table, in the header row of the table, select the Field Chooser icon (if available).
  2. The Field Chooser dialog box opens listing all of the column headers for the current table

  4. Clear the checkbox for each column that you want to hide. To show those columns again, select their corresponding checkboxes.

  6. The table updates and shows or hides your chosen columns.
  7. For the Results table on the Process and Review page, the Field Chooser affects only the top-level (component-level) row.
  8. For the Results table on the Mapping > Coverage page, the Field Chooser affects only the top-level (protein-level) row.
  9. The application retains any changes you make to the columns until you close it. When you reopen the application, the table columns return to their default states.
