If you cannot run the BioPharma Finder application or you encounter errors when loading raw data files, you can run the installer's Repair utility to repair missing or corrupt files, shortcuts, and registry entries.

Procedure

  1. With the BioPharma Finder application still installed on your system, run the BioPharmaFinderSetup.exe installer again.
  2. The Thermo BioPharma Finder Suite dialog box opens.

  4. Select Repair.
  5. This utility repairs missing or corrupt files, shortcuts, and registry entries. During the repair process, it also checks for missing prerequisite applications and installs them. It does not overwrite your database unless the repair process finds that the database is corrupted.
  6. When repairs are complete, select Finish to exit the installer.
  7. Restart the BioPharma Finder application.
