Appears when an experiment is actively processing.

Select Stop to stop a running experiment.

The experiment is cancelled and removed from the run queue.

Once you select the Stop button, the button changes to Run.

To rerun the job, you must recreate and resubmit the job as a new experiment.

Other submitted jobs remain in the Submitted state in the run queue.

Run

Appears on the Queue page for all workflows, but is active only when the Intact Mass Analysis queue has been paused or when a Top Down Analysis experiment is ready for processing.

Select Run to process an experiment.

The experiment begins or resumes processing.

Once you select the Run button, the button changes to Stop or Pause.

Queue Manipulation

The Queue Manipulation button contains the following sub-commands:

  • Cancel: Active for experiments with a Preparing, Submitted, or Running, status. Select Cancel to cancel and remove such experiments from the run queue.
  • Remove: Active for experiments with a Completed or Error status. Select Remove to remove such experiments from the run queue.

When you select either the Cancel or Remove sub-commands, you must then select one of the following options:

  • Selected: Cancels or removes only the selected experiments.
  • All: Cancels or removes all experiments in the run queue.

The selected (or all) experiments are deleted from the run queue. If you delete jobs from the run queue, the experiment results can be still opened from the Load Results page. Experiment results can be permanently deleted from the application on the Load Results page.

In Ardia Platform mode, the Cancel or Remove action is recorded in the audit trail, but the draft experiment results are deleted from the Ardia Platform data repository.
