Before launching the BioPharma Finder application in Ardia Platform mode, you must complete the Ardia Platform registration.

Prerequisites

  1. Collect your Ardia Platform server URL from your administrator before starting.

Procedure

  1. Start the BioPharma Finder application in local mode (disconnected from the Ardia Platform).

  2. IMPORTANT

    Ensure that you do not have submitted jobs in the run queue or unsaved changes in local mode before starting the application in Ardia Platform mode. If you have submitted jobs in the run queue for any of the experiment types in local mode, complete these experiments before registering with the Ardia Platform.

    Any unsaved changes will be lost when you proceed with the Ardia Platform registration.

  3. From the application Home page, select Help > Ardia Platform Management > Register with the Ardia Platform.

  5. In the Ardia Platform registration dialog box, enter your server URL.
  6. The first time you connect to the Ardia Platform, the default URL is replaced with the one you entered.
  7. The next time you reconnect, the application remembers your URL.

  9. Select Continue.
  10. After successful registration, select Restart in the dialog box to launch the application in Ardia Platform mode.
  11. If a network failure or Ardia Platform connection issue prevents successful registration, an error message appears.
  12. At the prompt, do one of the following:
  13. Sign in to your Ardia Platform account to open BioPharma Finder in Ardia Platform mode.
  14. Select Cancel or close the dialog box to keep the application in local mode.
