For experiments with multiple loaded raw data files, the application can process the data using either of these result formats:
- The Batch Processing format maintains separate results for each of the multiple raw data files.
- In this format, the application processes an individual experiment for each loaded raw data file so that you can process multiple experiments at a time but retain individual results. The results for each batch experiment are the same as if you ran an experiment with a single raw data file. For the name for each batch experiment, the application concatenates the specified experiment name with a unique date-and-time stamp.
- The Multiconsensus format merges together the results from multiple raw data files.
- In this format, the application processes one experiment and merges the deconvolution results from all of the loaded raw data files together
