You can either select a processing workflow template from the wizard, create a new processing workflow, or you can select a processing workflow for editing. Refer to the Help or the Compound Discoverer User Guide.

Procedure

If you have not already selected the processing workflow that you want to edit, perform either of the procedures in the following table:

Select a workflow template that is provided with the application

Perform the following steps:

  1. Select Open Common in the command bar of the Workflows page.
  2. Open the Workflow Templates folder, and then open the LC folder.
  3. Open the folder for the field of study, select a processing workflow, and then select Open.

The processing workflow appears in the Workflow Tree pane.

Select a custom workflow template

Perform the following steps:

  1. Select Open in the command bar on the Workflows page.
  2. Browse to the directory where you stored template, select the template, and then select Open.

The processing workflow appears in the Workflow Tree pane.
