You can download a set of Thermo Scientific™ mzVault™ compatible National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) libraries of mass spectra from the Thermo Fisher Scientific software download portal with the purchase of a new Thermo Scientific mass spectrometer.

You can import the downloaded libraries into the Spectral Libraries list in the Thermo Scientific Compound Discoverer™ application and use them to identify compounds in LC/MS/MS data.
