Routine and periodic maintenance helps the Dionex Inuvion IC System run smoothly.

The Dionex Inuvion IC System is available in three configurations: the Dionex Inuvion, the Dionex Inuvion Core, and the Dionex Inuvion with RFIC. Some maintenance procedures do not apply to certain models. For example, the standard Dionex Inuvion Core System does not include RFIC, so sections covering components such as the Dionex EGC and Dionex CR-TC are not applicable for these systems—unless those components were added during or after the initial installation process.

Note that Operation and user setup includes setup and operation procedures that can overlap with maintenance procedures. (Disregard any procedures related to maintenance or initial installation that are performed by Thermo Fisher Scientific service engineers.)

All maintenance procedures not included in this manual, including electronics-related repair procedures, must be performed by Thermo Fisher Scientific service engineers.

Before replacing any part, verify the cause of the problem by referring to the system component troubleshooting information in Troubleshooting.

IMPORTANT

Substituting non-Thermo Fisher Scientific/Dionex parts may impair system performance and void the product warranty. Refer to the warranty statement in the Dionex Terms and Conditions for more information.

CAUTION

Before servicing the Dionex Inuvion IC System, allow any heated components to cool.
