After loading the sample in the sample loop, use one of the following methods to switch the injection valve to the Inject position.

• Manually: Select the Inject button on the Chromeleon CDS ePanel.
• Automatically: Include an Inject command in a Chromeleon CDS instrument method. For details, refer to the Chromeleon CDS Help.
