Procedure

1. Verify that the autosampler output line is connected to sample port S (5) on the injection valve.
2. Prepare and fill the sample vials and place them in the autosampler tray or cassette. For detailed instructions, refer to the autosampler manual.
3. The sample loading process depends on the autosampler model. In general, one of the following steps is required (for details, refer to the autosampler operator’s manual):
1. Include the commands for controlling the sample loading in a Chromeleon CDS method. For details, refer to the Chromeleon CDS Help.
2. Enter the commands for loading the sample on the autosampler front panel.
4. Switch the injection valve to the Inject position.
