Procedure
Locate the air line tubing (P/N 052297) in the kit.
Push one end of the orange tubing into the Input connection on the digital pressure regulator.
Connect the other end of the orange tubing to a clean helium or nitrogen source regulated to between approximately 172 and 345 kPa (25 and 50 psi). If necessary, use the adapter to connect the tubing to the gas source.
Locate a gas source tubing assembly in the kit.

Remove the black cap from the quick-disconnect fitting on the blue tubing and twist off the bottom half of the quick-disconnect fitting. (This half of the fitting is not needed.)
Push the fitting onto the Output connection on the regulator and twist to complete the connection.

Push the luer/valve fitting onto the luer fitting on the eluent bottle cap. This is the gas shutoff valve for the eluent bottle.
Turn on the Dionex Inuvion IC System main power switch.
