Built-in temperature compensation minimizes changes in the baseline or peak heights when the operating temperature differs from the cell calibration temperature. The default temperature compensation value is 1.7% per °C. This value is adjustable between 0—3.0% per °C, depending on the eluent used. If ambient laboratory temperature increases, an upward baseline shift indicates an overly low compensation factor. Reset the factor to a higher value via Chromeleon CDS.
