For more information on problems that originate with the Ion Chromatograph System or the specific exchange column set in use, refer to the Troubleshooting Guide in the appropriate product manual. If you cannot solve the problem on your own, contact the Thermo Fisher Scientific Regional Office nearest you.

CAUTION

Do not allow eluent to flow through the Dionex DRS 600, Dionex ERS 500e, or Dionex AERS 500 Carbonate without the power turned on for more than a few minutes. Doing so will cause noticeable reduction of analyte peak areas. If this should occur, perform the procedure in Small or increasing analyte peak areas.
