Procedure

1. Connect the eluent and regenerant chambers in series and flush the Dionex DRS 600, Dionex ERS 500e or Dionex AERS 500 Carbonate with deionized water for 10 minutes at 1.0 mL/min (4 mm) or 0.25 mL/min (2 mm).
2. Plug all suppressor ELUENT ports and REGEN ports.
3. To resume operation, complete the hydration steps as outlined in Hydration and connect the suppressor to the system. Allow the system to equilibrate before starting the analysis.
