To filter the Compounds table by the relative exchange rate of each compound, do the following:
Procedure
- Select the Compounds tab for the main Compounds table to make it the active table.
- From the application menu bar, select View > Result Filters
- The Result Filters view opens as a floating window. Because the processing workflow included the Mark Background Compounds node and the Analyze Labeled Compounds node, the filter for the Compounds table already includes a filter for background compounds and a filter for compounds without a formula. The figure below shows the default filters for the example result file.
- On the right side of the Result Filters view, set up filters for the relative exchange rate by following these steps for each of the three labeled input files:
- Select Add Property, and then select Rel. Exchange [%] from the list.
- In the pink relation list, select Is Greater Than or Equal To.
- In the value box next to the relation list, enter 98.
- In the pink condition list, select In File.
- In the Green sample list, select one of the labeled input files.
- Repeat step 3a through step 3e to add filter all the labeled input files.
The figure shows the filter set. - Select Apply Filters.
- The applied filter set reduces the number of visible rows in the Compounds table to 248.
