In this section of the tutorial, you will select the analysis results file for reprocessing.
TIP
You can use either of the following study files to continue this tutorial:
- The
Pesticides.cdStudyfile that you generated by creating your own study and running a core GC CI analysis - The example
Pesticides.cdStudyfile provided on the Compound Discoverer 3.5 media:Example Studies\GC\PCI\Pesticides\Pesticides.cdStudy
Procedure
- Open the Pesticides study file by doing one of the following:
- From the application Start page, select the link for the
Pesticides.cdStudyfile under Recent Studies. - From the application menu bar, select File > Open Study to locate and open the
Pesticides.cdStudyfile. - On the study page, select the Analysis Results tab.
- The Analysis Results page opens, showing one analysis result file for the study:
Pesticides Core.cdResult. - To reprocess the result file, do one of the following:
- Right-click the result and select Reprocess from the shortcut menu.
- Select the result and select Reprocess on the command bar above the Analysis Results table.
- The Analysis pane reopens and the Processing Step status bar changes to Partially Reprocessing.
- The Workflows page populates with the current processing workflow.
- In the Analysis pane, the Files for Analysis area populates with the input files for the analysis.
- In the Analysis pane, the Run button remains unavailable until you edit the analysis.
- Once you edit any of the parameter settings in the core workflow nodes or add or remove input files, the Processing Step status changes to Fully Reprocessing.
