Remote Services Monitoring is a tool that monitors the instrument and PC health. This monitoring includes specific data items, errors and warnings, critical calibrations, diagnostics, and log files. The Remote Services Monitoring tool is shipped with Chromeleon 7.

The Remote Services Monitoring tool is completely independent of other software.

Prerequisites

  1. Chromeleon 7.2 SR5 or later.
  2. Xcalibur instrument software 2.0 or later.
  3. Standard licensing requirements of Chromeleon 7.

Procedure

  1. Through the Chromeleon installation media, navigate to the folder \Tools\Remote Services Monitoring.
  2. Double-click the ThermoIntegrionAgentDataService.exe.
  3. Complete the Setup Wizard.
  4. Reboot the PC if prompted to do so.
