This document briefly describes new features in the Thermo Scientific™ BioPharma Finder™ 5.4 application build 5.4.35.5, a mass informatics platform for protein characterization of biotherapeutics, oligonucleotide sequence confirmation, and mRNA mapping. Also included are known issues in the 5.4 release of the application.
