You can export all or selected results from the Intact Fragmentation and Intact Deconvolution Results tables to a Microsoft™ Excel™ workbook (.xlsx) or a Json file (Intact Deconvolution Results table only).
Export data from the Intact Fragmentation Results table
Prerequisites
- You have loaded the experiment results are viewing the Process and Review page.
Procedure
- On the Process and Review page, right-click anywhere in the Intact Fragmentation Results table. Select Export All from the shortcut menu and then one of the following menu commands:
- All Levels to export the results at all levels to a Microsoft™ Excel™ workbook (.xlsx).
- Proteoform Level Only to export the results at the top (proteoform) level to a Microsoft™ Excel™ workbook (.xlsx).
- See Results tables commands.
- In the Save As dialog box, browse to the file location where you want to store the exported results.
- By default, the file name is the same as the experiment name.
- Select Save.
Export data from the Intact Deconvolution Results table
Prerequisites
- You have loaded the experiment results are viewing the Process and Review page.
Procedure
- On the Process and Review page, right-click anywhere in the Intact Deconvolution Results table. Select one of the following menu commands:
- Export All to export all results of a certain type to a Microsoft™ Excel™ workbook (.xlsx).
- Export Checked to export only the selected results of a certain type to a Microsoft™ Excel™ workbook (.xlsx).
- Export Json to export all results to a text-based JavaScript file for data interchange.
TIP
To select an entire row of results to export, select the checkbox in that row.
To select all of the rows, select the checkbox in the column header.
- For the Export All or Export Checked commands, select one of the following submenu commands:
- Peak and Component Levels Only to export only the peak information and the results at the component level in the table.
- The exported data does not include the results at the raw data file and charge state levels.
- All Levels to export the peak information and the results at all levels.

- In the Save As dialog box, browse to the file location where you want to store the exported results.
- By default, the file name is the same as the experiment name.
- Select Save.
