For top down analysis experiments involving deconvolved full-scan MS data, the Intact Deconvolution Matched Sequence pane on the Process and Review page displays the mass, intensity, and matched sequence identification for a selected component.
Procedure
- Open the results of your experiment from the Queue page or from the Load Results page.
- See Open results.
- The Process and Review page opens by default and displays the results of your top down analysis experiment, including the matched sequence identifications (if applicable).
- On the Process and Review page, select the Intact Deconvolution Results tab at the bottom left.
- The Intact Deconvolution Matched Sequence pane opens to the right.
- The Intact Deconvolution Results tab is available only if you select the Intact Deconvolution checkbox in the Peak Selection area of the Parameters > Component Detection page or the Process and Review > Real Time Optimization pane.
- Select the row of a matched component in the Intact Deconvolution Results table.
- In the Intact Deconvolution Matched Sequence pane, the Component Information table shows the mass and intensity information for the component that you select in the Intact Deconvolution Results table.
- See Component Information table parameters.
- The Target Match Sequence table shows the matched identifications for the selected component. See Target Match Sequence table parameters.
- You can select a different identification for the selected component in the Intact Deconvolution Matched Sequence pane. See Change the matched sequence identification for a component.
