Prerequisites

1. You have loaded the experiment results and are viewing the ProSightBP Output Results pane on the Process and Review page.

Procedure

1. On the Process and Review page, right-click anywhere in the ProSightBP Output Results table and select one of the following options on the shortcut menu:
1. Export All to export all of the results in the table as a Microsoft™ Excel™ worksheet (.xlsx).
2. Export Checked to export only the selected results as a Microsoft™ Excel™ worksheet (.xlsx).
3. To select specific results, select the checkbox for a fragment ion row in the ProSightBP Output Results table.
4. To select or deselect all of the rows, select or clear the checkbox in the table header row.
2. Then, select one of the following sub-menu commands:
1. Component Level Only to export the results only at the fragment ion (top) level in the table.
2. When you select "Component Level Only", the exported results do not include the sub-component level data for a fragment ion row.
1. Component and Charge State Levels to export the results at all levels in the table.
2. The Save As dialog box opens.
3. Browse to the file location where you want to save your results and type a file name.
4. Select Save.
5. The application saves the results as a Microsoft™ Excel™ worksheet (.xlsx).
6. The exported data reflects the current filtering or sorting of the table in the BioPharma Finder application.
