The following table describes the information in the Sequences Added to Experiment and Global Sequence Reference tables on the right side of the Identification page.

Sequences Added to Experiment table Displays the sequences added to the experiment after you select Add to Experiment in the Global Sequence Reference table. | |

Remove | Removes the sequence from the Sequences Added to Experiment table. |
Show Details | Displays the full protein sequence. |
Global Sequence Reference table Lists all of the existing protein sequences for top down analysis. The columns in this table are the same as those on the Sequence Manager page. | |
Buttons | |
New | Opens the Protein Sequence Editor so that you can import a FASTA file or manually create a new protein sequence. |
Edit | Opens the Protein Sequence Editor so that you can edit the selected sequence. |
Delete | Deletes the selected sequence from the Global Sequence Reference table. |
Add to Experiment | Adds the selected sequence to the experiment. The added sequence appears in the Sequences Added to Experiment table. |
