The following table lists the one-letter codes for amino acids used by the BioPharma Finder application. The letter codes are not case-sensitive.
There are several special one-letter codes for modified amino acids. See the list in Predict MS2 spectra using the kinetic model in the Peptide Mapping Analysis User Guide.
