When the BioPharma Finder application is locked (manually or due to inactivity), the Login dialog box appears and displays the last logged-in username. If the last logged-in user is not available, you can still log in if you have the proper administrative permissions.
Procedure
- In the Login dialog box, select the Last logged-in user not available? link.
- Enter your username and then select Authenticate.
- Enter your password and then select Sign in.
- (Optional) If you have multiple roles associated with your user account, select a role from the dropdown list and then select Next.
NOTE
If you select a role without the appropriate privileges to unlock the application, the BioPharma Finder application responds with the following message:
"You do not have permission to unlock the application. Please contact your administrator."
When you select OK, the application returns to the Login dialog box, which displays the last logged-in username.
- After you successfully log in, the application responds with the following message: "Application restart required. Any unsaved work will be lost, the processing queue will be paused, and in-progress activities will be aborted."
- Do one of the following:
- Select OK. The application restarts and opens to the Login dialog box where any user with access can now log in.
- Select Cancel. The application remains locked and returns to the Login dialog box displaying the last logged-in username.
