When in Ardia platform mode, the BioPharma Finder application can be manually locked by the current user or it can automatically lock due to inactivity. Locking the application prevents user input; however, all automated operations remain active in the background.
NOTE
The policy settings for automatic locking are defined by the Chromeleon software when the BioPharma Finder application is connected to the Ardia platform. Refer to the Chromeleon Help system for information on how to set up user database policies in the Chromeleon Administration Console.
Procedure
- On the BioPharma Finder home page, select Help > Ardia Platform Management > Manual Lock.
- The Login dialog box opens to confirm that the BioPharma Finder application is locked and displays the last logged-in username.
- To unlock the application, log back in using your Ardia platform account credentials.
