After you successfully register with the Ardia platform, the BioPharma Finder application restarts in Ardia platform mode and prompts you to sign in with your Ardia platform login credentials. For information on managing users, roles, and privileges, refer to the Help embedded in the Ardia platform application.

Prerequisites

  1. Collect your user-specific credentials for your Ardia platform account from your administrator before starting.

Procedure

  1. When the BioPharma Finder application reopens in Ardia platform mode, type your username in the Login dialog box and then select Continue.

  3. (Optional) Change your password as follows:
  4. Select Change Password Here.
  5. Enter your current password and your new password in the corresponding areas.
  6. Select Change Password.
  7. After successfully changing your password, the application returns to the Login dialog box where you can log in with your username and your new password.
  8. Type your password and then select Sign In.

  10. (Optional) If you have multiple roles associated with your user account, select a role from the dropdown list and then select Next.

  12. After you successfully log in, the application opens in Ardia platform mode and displays the BioPharma Finder home page.
  13. A login indicator (username and role and Ardia platform cloud icon) in the upper right corner of the application home page serves as confirmation of the Ardia platform connection.

  16. If you close the application without disconnecting from the Ardia platform, the next time the application opens, it remembers your registration information. The application prompts you to log in to continue running the application in Ardia platform mode.
  17. If a network failure or Ardia platform connection issue prevents successful log in, the application disconnects from the Ardia platform and restarts in local mode.
