The Trend Ratio pane on the Process and Review page displays bar plots representing the ratios between various experiment conditions and the reference condition for a selected component. The Trend Ratio pane is visible only for experiments with multiple raw data files.
Procedure
- Open the results of your experiment from the Queue page or from the Load Results page.
- See Open results.
- The Process and Review page opens by default and displays the results of your oligonucleotide analysis experiment, including the Trend Ratio plots for experiments with multiple raw data files.
- On the left side of the Process and Review page, select the Trend Ratio tab.
- Select the row for a component (or a specific raw data file under a component) in the Results table.
- The Trend Ratio plot shows the ratio (Condition/Reference Condition) for the selected component, with each condition depicted in a different color.
- The ratio values in the plot come from the associated columns in the Results table.
- The order of the conditions underneath the bars in the plot is the same order as the conditions entered on the Oligonucleotide Analysis page.
