On the Process and Review page, you can view various types of chromatograms for the components detected in your oligonucleotide analysis experiment. Each chromatogram plot displays the relative signal intensity versus retention time for the selected component.
Procedure
- Open the results of your experiment from the Queue page or from the Load Results page.
- See Open results.
- The Process and Review page opens by default and displays the results of your oligonucleotide analysis experiment, including the chromatograms.
- By default, the Chromatogram pane on the Process and Review page displays the base peak chromatogram (BPC) plot at the top and the selected ion chromatogram (SIC) plot at the bottom.
- You can change which types of chromatograms are displayed; see Chromatogram plot types.
- Select the row of a component in the Results table.
- The plots in the Chromatogram pane show the peak information for the component using data from the first loaded raw data file.
- You can display multiple chromatogram plot types for the same raw data file or display the same chromatogram plot type for multiple raw data files.
- For an experiment with multiple raw data files, expand (+/− icon) a component row in the Results table and select the row for a single raw data file.
- The plots in the Chromatogram pane show the peak information for the component stored in the selected raw data file.
- For more information on the commands available in the Chromatogram pane, see Chromatogram pane commands.
