The following table describes the types of information in the Results table of the Coverage page. At the top-level, the table displays data at the oligonucleotide level, followed by the raw data file level (for experiments with multiple raw data files), followed by the component level.
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Oligonucleotide level | |
+/− (button) | Shows or hides the lower level of raw data file or component information related to the current oligonucleotide row. |
Row number (bolded) | Displays the row number for each oligonucleotide or chain in a sequence. |
Field Chooser | Displays the Field Chooser dialog box so that you can select the columns to display in the Coverage Results table. |
Level | Indicates that the row is displaying oligonucleotide information (top level). |
Flag | Displays the shading color assigned to each identified or (or unknown) protein displayed in the Coverage Chromatogram pane. |
No. | Displays a sequential number for each oligonucleotide. The numbers in the No. column of the Coverage Results table correspond to the chronological order of component detection during the MS experiment. These numbers are different from the numbers in the No. column for the components of the Results table on the Process and Review page |
Oligo | Displays the name identifier of the oligonucleotide or chain from the sequence. If the oligonucleotide/component is not identified, this cell displays "Unidentified." |
Raw data file level | |
Sequence Coverage | Displays the identified nucleotides as a percentage of the total number of oligonucleotides in the sequence for a specific raw data file. |
Number of MS Peaks | Displays the number of identified peaks for the oligonucleotide or chain for a specific raw data file. |
MS Peak Area | Displays the peak area percentage for a specific raw data file. |
Abundance (mol) | Displays the abundance percentage for a specific raw data file. |
Component level | Information displayed at the component level is derived from the Charge State Results or Consolidated table on the Process and Review page. See Charge State Results/Consolidated Results for "Find All Masses" table parameters and Charge State Results for "Find All Masses" table parameters. |
