On the Modification Results page, the Modification Results table displays the modifications detected in your experiment, organized in upper and lower sections of the table.

Prerequisites

  1. You have loaded the experiment results are viewing the Modification Summary page under the Mapping tab.

Procedure

  1. On the Modification Summary page, select the row for the experiment in the upper level of the Modification Results table.
  2. The upper level of the Modification Results table displays general information regarding the experiment, including date the application created the Modification Summary, the folder locations that contains the raw data files, the ribonuclease used in the experiment (if any), and information regarding each condition (raw data file) in the experiment.
  3. See Upper section of Modification Results table parameters.
  4. The lower level of the Modification Results table populates with the modifications detected in the experiment selected in the upper table.
  5. Modification Results table displaying the upper and lower sections

  6. Select the row for a modification in the lower level of the Modification Results table.
  7. The lower table lists the modifications detected in the sample and the abundance of each modification (as a percentage) for each condition (raw data file) in the experiment.
  8. See Lower section of Modification Results table parameters.
  9. The Components table (below the Modification Results table) updates and displays the components associated with the selected modification in bolded blue. These components are used in the % Abundance calculation for the selected modification. See View the Modification Components table.

  11. You can specify the minimum nucleotide and charge state intensity thresholds for detected modifications. See Modify Modification Results parameters.
  12. You can export the information in the Modification Results table as a Microsoft™ Excel™ worksheet (.xlsx). See Export the Modification Results table data.
