Procedure

1. In the Oligonucleotide Editor, select Save As New on the command bar.
2. The Save As New dialog box opens.
2. In the New Sequence Name box, type the new name of the oligonucleotide sequence.
3. (Optional) In the Description box, type a description of the oligonucleotide sequence.
4. Select OK.
5. Information from the new saved sequence populates the columns of the sequence table on the Sequence Manager page.
