With the BioPharma Finder 5.2 application, you can connect to the Ardia platform and access a cloud-based server environment. This feature offers improved security and integrity for your laboratory records through an access-controlled data repository.
The Ardia platform data repository connects the Thermo Scientific™ Chromeleon™ chromatography data system to BioPharma Finder, which provides enhanced data transfer and simplified multi-attribute method (MAM) workflows. Additionally, in the Ardia platform, you have access to a comprehensive and easy-to-use built-in peptide mapping reporting functionality.
NOTE
Ardia platform connection is supported by BioPharma Finder 5.2 trial licenses and any BioPharma Finder 5.2 permanent licenses that include the peptide mapping analysis workflow. If you are using a trial license to run peptide mapping experiments in Ardia platform mode, these experiments become read-only after the trial license expires or when you activate a permanent license that does not include the peptide mapping analysis workflow.
NOTE
Currently, peptide mapping analysis is the only workflow that is enabled for Ardia platform integration.
The oligonucleotide analysis, intact mass analysis, and top-down analysis workflows are inactive when connected to the Ardia platform.
Before you open the BioPharma Finder application and connect to the Ardia platform, you must do the following:
After you register with and sign in to the Ardia platform, you can open the BioPharma Finder application in Ardia platform mode. In Ardia platform mode, the Experiment Types navigation pane includes the active Sequence Manager and peptide mapping analysis tabs.
