The following table describes the types of information on the Coverage page.
Parameter | Description |

Coverage Results table | At the top level, displays the identified and unknown oligonucleotides, along with their designated color-coding flags used in the Coverage chromatogram. At the next level, the table displays the raw data files. At the lowest level, it displays the component information. |
Coverage Chromatogram pane | Displays the chromatogram related to the row that you select in the Coverage Results table. |
Relative Intensity (y axis) | Displays the ratio of each peak intensity relative to the maximum intensity in the spectrum. |
RT (min) (x axis) | Displays the retention time (RT) of the spectrum, which is the time after injection at which a compound elutes. Retention time can also refer to the total time that the compound is retained on the chromatographic column. |
Oligonucleotide Coverage Map pane | Displays the Oligonucleotide Sequence Coverage Map including the oligonucleotides, sequence coverage information, and the color-coded nucleotides. |
