The BioPharma Finder application provides the Basic Default Method processing method for oligonucleotide analysis experiments.

If needed, you can use the processing method editing wizard to edit the parameters in the method and save them to a new file to create a custom method for your experiment.

The editing wizard lets you specify component detection, identification, theoretical digestion, and component naming parameters to customize the processing method for your experiment.
