The following table describes the types of information in the table on the Workbook Manager page for an intact workbook.

Workbook Manager table parameters

Column

Description

Row number (bolded)

The number assigned to each visible workbook row in the table. This sequential numbering does not change when you sort or filter the table.

(Check box)

Select this checkbox if you want to export the workbooks in the selected rows to a Chromeleon™-compatible file.

To select or clear all of the checkboxes at once, select or clear the checkbox in the column header.

If you filter the table, the following occurs:

  • Clearing all checkboxes affects all of the original rows in the table, before any filtering.
  • Selecting all checkboxes affects only the filtered and currently visible rows.

Name

Displays the name of the saved workbook.

Creation Date and Time

Displays the date and time when you created the workbook.

Last Modified Time

Displays the date and time when you last modified the workbook.

Number of Entities

Displays the number component masses saved into the workbook.

Deconvolution Algorithm

Displays the deconvolution algorithm (ReSpect or Xtract) used to generate the results saved into the workbook.

Source Spectrum Method

Displays the method used to generate the source spectrum (Average Over Selected Retention Time or Sliding Windows) for the results saved into the workbook.

Associated Experiment

Displays the name of the experiment that generated the results saved into the workbook.

Associated Processing Method

Displays the name of the processing method used to generate the results saved into the workbook.

Associated Sequences

Displays the name of the protein or oligonucleotide sequence(s) used to generate the results saved into the workbook.

Description

Displays the description you entered when you saved the workbook.
