Report An Issue

To submit application defects or request an enhancement through an email:

  1. Open the BioPharma Finder application and select Help > Report An Issue.
  2. Type a short description of the issue in the email subject line.
  3. Provide a detailed description and indicate the steps to reproduce the problem in the body of the email.
  4. Your email will be sent to jira.issues.sj@thermo.com.
