On the Load Results page of the peptide mapping analysis workflow, the software version used to create the experiment is displayed in the Software Version column of the Load Results table. BioPharma Finder 5.2 is the latest version of the application.
If you are using BioPharma Finder 5.0, you cannot open experiments that were created in BioPharma Finder 5.1 or 5.2 from the Ardia platform data lake.
If you use BioPharma Finder 5.1 or 5.2 to open and edit an experiment created in the 5.0 version, you must save the experiment as a new experiment. You cannot overwrite the older existing file.
When you save an experiment created in a previous version as a new experiment in BioPharma Finder 5.2, the application automatically adds following comment in the Save As dialog box: "This result was originally generated from BPF version".
