After you process an intact mass analysis experiment, the BioPharma Finder application generates a report detailing aspects of the deconvolution. You can view, save, and print the deconvolution report on the Reporting page. See Edit the Report page for more information on specifying the sections to include in the deconvolution report before processing an experiment.

NOTE

The BioPharma Finder application does not support the intact mass analysis reporting feature for drug-antibody ratio (DAR)-enabled experiments or experiments with the Multiconsensus results format.

The Reporting page is inactive for these experiment types.

Display the deconvolution report

Prerequisites

  1. For an intact mass analysis experiment, you have processed your experiment.

Procedure

  1. After your intact mass analysis experiment has finished processing, do either of the following:
  2. (In Automatic mode only) On the Queue page, select the completed job from the table. Select the Open Report button on the command bar.
  3. (In either Automatic or Manual mode) From any page in the intact mass analysis workflow, select the Reporting tab on the navigation bar.
  4. In Automatic mode, if you select the Concatenate All Reports option in the Automation Parameters pane of the Parameters > Report page, the application automatically generates a single report concatenating all of the chromatographic peaks. Otherwise, the application does not generate the report automatically. You generate the report in real-time once you select the Reporting tab to view the report.
  5. If the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader DC™ or Adobe® Acrobat® DC™ application is installed on your system, the report opens on the Reporting page. Otherwise, the report opens in a separate window.
  6. The deconvolution report opens and displays a summary of the results and processing parameters for your experiment.
  7. See Report sections.
  8. The Reporting toolbar appears when you hover your cursor at the top of the Reporting page.
  9. See Reporting page toolbar.

Save the report as a .pdf file

Prerequisites

  1. For an intact mass analysis experiment, you have processed your experiment and are viewing the Reporting page.

Procedure

  1. On the Reporting page, select the Save A Copy icon, image/svg+xml , on the Reporting toolbar.
  2. The Save As dialog box opens.
  3. In the Save As dialog box, browse to the file location where you want to save the report and type a name for the file. Select Save.
  4. The application saves the deconvolution report in the specified file location.

Print the report

Prerequisites

  1. For an intact mass analysis experiment, you have processed your experiment and are viewing the Reporting page.

Procedure

  1. On the Reporting page, select the Print File icon, image/svg+xml , on the Reporting toolbar.
  2. The Print dialog box opens.
  3. In the Print dialog box, set the appropriate printing parameters and select Print.

NOTE

The application does not support the copy and paste functions for images (chromatogram and source spectra) in the report.

To export the chromatograms and source spectra, see View the chromatograms and View the source spectra.
