The Matched Sequence pane on the Process and Review page displays the mass, intensity, and matched sequence identification for a selected component. For a drug-antibody ratio (DAR)-enabled experiment, the Matched Sequence pane also displays the drug load value for the selected component.

Procedure

  1. Open the results of your experiment from the Queue page (for Automatic mode experiments) or from the Load Results page (for either Automatic of Manual mode experiments).
  2. See Open results.
  3. The Process and Review page opens by default and displays the results of your intact mass analysis experiment, including the matched sequence identifications.
  4. On the Process and Review page, select the Matched Sequence tab (tabbed together with the Source Spectra pane) on the right side of the page.
  5. Select the row of a matched component in the Results table.
  6. In the Matched Sequence pane, the Component Information table shows the mass and intensity information for the component that you select in the Results table, as well as the drug load value (for a DAR-enabled experiment).
  7. See Component Information table parameters.
  8. The Target Match Sequence table shows the matched identifications for the selected component. See Target Match Sequence table parameters.
  9. You can select a different identification for the selected component in the Matched Sequence pane. See Change the matched sequence identification for a component.
  10. You can specify a different drug load value in the Matched Sequence pane to update the calculated average DAR values in the Results table, as necessary. You cannot modify the drug load value for a non-identified mass component. See View the average drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) values.
  11. (Optional) For a drug load component, next to the Drug Load value, select the Override checkbox, modify the value, and then press the ENTER key.
  12. The application recalculates the DAR values based on your modified drug load and updates the tables in the Average DAR pane.

  14. The Results table and the drug load label on the spectra in the Deconvoluted Spectrum pane also automatically update with the modified drug load value.
  15. (Optional) After you make modifications to the identifications and DAR calculations, select Save Results As in the command bar of the Process and Review page to save your results as a new experiment or overwrite the current experiment results.
