The third page of the processing method editing wizard is the Report page. Use this page define the settings for generating the deconvolution report (shown under the Reporting tab) after you process your intact mass analysis experiment.

NOTE

The BioPharma Finder application does not support the intact mass analysis reporting feature for drug-antibody ratio (DAR)-enabled experiments or experiments with the Multiconsensus results format.

If you are using the processing method editing wizard to specify parameters for either of these experiment types, the Report page of the wizard is inactive.

Prerequisites

  1. For an intact mass analysis experiment, you entered an experiment name, loaded the raw data files and entered the conditions (optional), and selected a protein or oligonucleotide sequence (optional) on the Intact Mass Analysis page. You are editing the processing method using the wizard.

Procedure

  1. To open the Report page, do one of the following:
  2. On the Identification page, select Next on the command bar.
  3. Select the Parameters tab on the navigation bar and then select the Report subtab.
