Procedure

1. In the Protein Sequence Editor, select Save As New in the command bar.
2. The Save As New dialog box opens.

2. In the New Sequence Name box, type the new name of the protein sequence.
3. (Optional) In the Description box, type a description of the protein sequence.
4. Select OK.
5. Information from the new saved sequence populates the columns of the sequence table on the Sequence Manager page.
