Before you can use Ardia Platform Data Sync, you must register it on the Ardia Platform. The first time you open Ardia Platform Data Sync, the Ardia Platform Registration dialog box automatically opens.

NOTE

You need administrative privileges on the Ardia Platform website to register Ardia Platform Data Sync. If you do not have the appropriate permissions, contact your organization's administrator.

Procedure

  1. In Ardia Platform Data Sync, select Settings > Launch Registration.
  2. The Ardia Platform Registration dialog box opens.
  3. Without closing the Ardia Platform Registration dialog box, navigate and sign in to the Ardia Platform home page, and then select the Client Registration and Management card under Utilities.
  5. Select + Add Registration Code.
  6. In the dialog box that opens, copy the text in the Platform URL box and the Registration Code box.
  8. In the Ardia Platform Registration dialog box, paste the copied platform URL and registration code into the corresponding boxes.
  9. Select Continue.
  10. To log in to Ardia Platform Data Sync with your Ardia Platform credentials, select Settings , and then select Login.
  11. A new tab opens in your browser indicating that you have been logged in.
