Ardia Platform Data Sync can be downloaded from the Thermo Fisher Scientific Digital Science Support (DSS) Resource Center.

Procedure

  1. Save the Thermo Scientific Ardia Platform Data Sync Installer.exe file to your computer.
  2. Double-click the .exe file to launch the installer.
  3. The Thermo Scientific Ardia Platform Data Sync Setup dialog box opens.
  4. Review the terms and conditions, and then select I Agree to the License Terms and Conditions.
  5. Select Install.

  6. NOTE

    You might need administrative privileges on your computer to install Ardia Platform Data Sync.

  7. If prompted, allow Ardia Platform Data Sync to make changes to your computer.
  8. The Setup progress bar is displayed. After Ardia Platform Data Sync has been installed, the following message is shown: Installation Successfully Completed.
  9. On the dialog box that opens, do one the following:
  10. Select Yes to view the installation qualification (IQ) report in a PDF viewer.
  11. Select No to continue without opening the IQ report. The IQ report will still be generated and saved to your computer.

  12. NOTE

    The IQ report and logs are saved to C:\ProgramData\Ardia Platform Data Sync\IQ Reports.

  13. Select Close to exit the installer.
  14. The installation of Ardia Platform Data Sync is complete.
  15. Continue to Register Ardia Platform Data Sync on the Ardia Platform.
