The Settings page of the Ardia Platform Data Sync application allows you to reset the application to remove data and registration information, view the registered Ardia Platform user and URL, and set the frequency the application automatically scans the selected folders.

Procedure

  1. Select the Settings icon.
  2. The Settings page opens.
  3. If you are logged into the Ardia Platform, your Ardia Platform user name and the connected Ardia Platform URL displays.
  4. (Optional) To reset the Ardia Platform Data Sync application, do the following:
  5. Under General, select Reset Application.
  6. The Reset Application dialog box opens.
  7. Select OK to confirm the reset.
  8. All stored data is removed, including the Ardia Platform registration, selected folders, queued syncs, and sync history.
  9. The Reset Application button changes to a Launch Registration button that allows you to relaunch the registration and connect to a different Ardia Platform.
  10. A new tab opens on your browser with a message that you have been logged out.
  11. (Optional) If you want to log out of the application, select Logout.
  12. The Logout button changes to a Login button.
  13. NOTE

    Logging out will disconnect you from all Ardia-connected applications.

  14. (Optional) To specify how often the application automatically scans for new files, do the following:
  15. Under Scan Preferences, turn on the Scan Folder(s) Repeatedly toggle.
  16. Select an option from the Scan Frequency dropdown list.
  17. Any ongoing syncs are paused.
  18. Select Start Sync to activate the selected scan frequency.

NOTE

Automatic scans are only active while the Ardia Platform Data Sync application is open.
